Delivery Areas
We deliver across mainland UK. For Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and other offshore destinations, please contact us before ordering as additional charges may apply.
Delivery Costs
- Orders over £50: Free standard delivery
- Orders under £50: £4.95 standard delivery
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by email when your order is on its way.
Large or Heavy Items
Some oversized or heavy items may require a specialist courier, may incur additional shipping charges, and may take slightly longer to arrive. We will contact you before dispatching if this applies to your order.
Hazardous Goods
Certain products (aerosols, flammable liquids, corrosives, lithium batteries) are classed as hazardous for shipping. These items may only be available for click-and-collect, or may be sent via a specialist carrier. Delivery timeframes for hazardous goods may differ.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue.
