The Tala Cook's Blow Torch is ideal for crème brûlées, caramelised sugar, skinned peppers and lemon meringue pies.

The temperature for the blowtorch is 1300°C/ 2450°F. The burning time is between 45 - 60 minutes making it perfect for everyday use.

The volume is 22ml of Butane, supplied.
