Everbuild Lead Mate is a neutral cure silicone sealant specially formulated as a waterproof alternative to mortaring lead flashing and sheet into brick, stone and concrete. It provides a fully waterproof joint that will not crack or shrink, with high flexibility and low dirt pick-up.
- High flexibility (±25% movement) suitable for expansion joints
- Extreme temperature resistance up to +150°C
- Low shrinkage (<5%) during vulcanisation
- Paintable with water-based and solvent-based paints
- Certified to EN15651 for façade, interior, exterior and cold climate applications
