Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer & Sealer is a low-odour, quick-drying primer that effectively primes and seals a wide variety of interior and exterior surfaces without sanding. It prevents rust formation on ferrous metals, seals stains and graffiti, and contains a biocide to protect against fungal degradation.
